Acceptance of Terms

By using QR Code Generator Pro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

QR Code Generator Pro provides professional QR code generation services, including:

• Multiple QR code types (URL, WiFi, Email, SMS, Contact Cards)
• High-quality QR code generation (PNG, SVG formats)
• Advanced customization and branding options
• Analytics and tracking capabilities
• API access for developers

Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: 5 QR codes per day with basic features
• Professional Plan: ₹999/month with unlimited QR codes and advanced features
• Enterprise Plan: ₹2999/month with white-label solutions and dedicated support

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR).

Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may use QR codes generated through our service for:

• Personal and commercial purposes
• Marketing and business communications
• Print and digital media
• Educational and non-profit activities

You may NOT:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Generate QR codes linking to malicious content
• Abuse the service or exceed reasonable usage limits
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions
• Prices may change with 30 days notice to subscribers
• Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content in QR codes you create. We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and service technology. QR codes generated are provided under a royalty-free license for your use.

Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy. QR code content is processed only to generate your requested codes. We do not store QR code content longer than necessary for service delivery.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, maintenance periods, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business loss damages.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal use, or non-payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Indian courts with jurisdiction where our business is registered.
